Challenge:

Rottapharm is currently the only pharmaceutical company in Italy whose sale force actively uses portable computer equipment to conduct on-site order management at chemists' shops. Rottapharm needed a high quality mobile printing solution that is easily transported with minimal footprint for its sales agents who visit some 8000 chemists located throughout Italy.

Pharmaceutical sales agents are equipped with a briefcase that includes a complete mobile solution for conducting sales-related business visits. Pentax PocketJets became their printer of choice because of the high quality performance while maintaining minimal footprint.
