Partner
Program Mission
Pentax Imaging Company values the role that channel partners play
in contributing to the overall success of meeting its revenue targets.
Pentax Imaging also recognizes the value that customers place upon
working through channel partners to obtain a whole product solution,
and that Pentax Imaging's products may represent only a portion
of that solution. Towards supporting its channel, Pentax Imaging
commits to the following:
- Pentax Imaging
shall strive to meet the needs of its customers. When those customers
express a preference for doing business through a reseller of
their choice, Pentax Imaging shall strive to honor those wishes.
- Where possible,
Pentax Imaging shall strive to push all revenue opportunities
through its channels of distribution, including the Partner Channel
of Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This support shall extend to:
sharing leads; providing access to sales training, technical support,
and marketing support; and engaging in consistent communications
with its channel partners towards converting leads into mutually-beneficial
sales.
- Pentax Imaging
commits to the success of its channel partners by pledging to
not directly compete with its partners for business opportunities.
Sales opportunities are often initially pursued directly by Pentax
Imaging. Pentax Imaging shall always endeavor to bring channel
partners into the sale, at a level corresponding to the needs
of the customer, and pursuant to the ability of that partner to
provide value to the customer in the transaction.
Pentax Imaging
believes that by placing primary emphasis upon the value of its
channel partners in the sale of its products, the growth of its
business will closely follow the growth of sales opportunities for
its partners, thereby growing the market share of its products in
the industry.

branded mobility product offerings of the Pentax PocketJet®
3 and Pentax PocketJet® 3Plus portable printers plus paper
and accessories, and Pentax DSmobile® USB portable scanners,
offer a wide range of applications for end-users seeking solutions
in a highly mobile and quality-conscious environment. As you
learn more about our technology products, I'm sure you will

I'm also
confident you will find our approach to partnering a refreshing
departure from the days of "house accounts" and "call desk"
levels of support (we don't do that here!). At Pentax Imaging
